1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.


2. Free UK Delivery

All orders include free standard delivery. There are no minimum order requirements.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


4. Delivery Timeframe

Most UK orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order 
is on its way.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.


6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.


7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@ergolab.company and we will investigate immediately.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


9. Packaging

Your ERGOLAB pillow is compressed for shipping and arrives in discreet, branded packaging. The pillow will expand to its full shape within 30–60 minutes of unboxing — simply remove it from the cover and leave it at room temperature.
