60-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want you to wake up calmer. If ERGOLAB isn't the right fit for you, we'll make it right.

You have 60 nights from the date of delivery to try ERGOLAB at home. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within this period for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@ergolab.company with:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for returning (optional but helpful)

We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 nights of delivery
  • The pillow must be returned in the condition in which you received it
  • Original packaging is required for the return to be eligible
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
