Five cervical pillows in four years. My wife calls the spare room the pillow museum. This is the first one where I haven't ended up folding a towel underneath it at 2am. I think the difference is I actually knew what height I was buying.
Every cervical pillow is sold on adjectives.
Ergonomic. Premium. Supportive. Medium-firm. Not one of those is a measurement, and not one of them tells you whether the thing will work for your shoulders.
We print ours. Height, density, dimensions, arm slot depth — on the page, before you buy.
Not because we're generous. Because printing a height means admitting you're wrong for some people, and most brands would rather stay vague and sell to everyone.
Built for how you already sleep.
Your shoulders decide how much space sits under your neck. That's why there are two heights, and why we tell you which one to start on.
Most people move between two of these in a night. Turning over doesn't take you off the shape.

Ordered it fully expecting to send it back. I'd been through the Amazon ones, the chemist one, and one my osteopath sold me for £80. Week one felt strange and I nearly gave up. Week three I stopped waking up stiff. I've now bought a second one so I don't have to travel without it.
Started on the 10cm side and woke with my chin on my chest. Flipped it that same night, and that was that. Being able to just turn it over is the whole point — every other pillow I've owned was the wrong height with no way back.
I sleep on my left with my arm under the pillow and I've woken with a dead arm for as long as I can remember. The slot is deep enough that my whole arm goes in flat. First thing I noticed, night one.
Was convinced this wouldn't work because I never stay still — side, back, other side, all night. Doesn't seem to matter. Wherever I end up my neck is still held, which is more than the two flat pillows I was stacking can say.
Good pillow, but be patient with it. First three nights I honestly didn't like it — firmer than I'm used to and my ear felt a bit squashed. That settled by night five and now I'd miss it. If you like sinking into a pillow, know that going in.
I'm the person who flips the pillow four times a night looking for the cold bit. Haven't done it once since this arrived. The mesh sides genuinely do something.
Buy the spare cover, it's the obvious move — one on, one in the wash. Also it fits in a cabin bag if you squash it. I've taken mine to two hotels now, which my husband finds hilarious and I do not care.
